A super simple recipe with juicy chicken, a sweet and spicy sauce and lots of onions and capsicum to snack on.

  • 1 Wine Spices Chicken Breast, cubed
  • 4 Green Chilli, chopped
  • 3 clove Garlic, chopped
  • 1 Yellow Onion, cubed
  • ½ Green Pepper, cubed
  • Spring Onion, chopped as garnish


  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Chili Sauce
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Water

Steps to Prepare

  • Pan fry the chicken breast until golden brown. Set aside.
  • Mix all the sauce ingredients together evenly. Set aside.
  • Sauté the Onion and Garlic until Fragrant.
  • Then, add in Green Pepper and Green Chili. Keep Sauté until Fragrant.
  • Add in the chicken and the sauce.
  • Use high heat/medium high heat, keep sauté until the sauce is reduced and slightly dry.
  • Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped spring onion.
